We stand behind the science of the VEAUTY Dot. Real, visible skin improvement takes time and consistency, which is why we give you a full 90 days to experience the results for yourself. If you complete the full 90-day protocol as directed and do not see any improvement to your skin, we will refund your purchase in full, minus shipping costs.

90-Day Results Guarantee

What's Covered
The 90-Day Results Guarantee applies exclusively to the VEAUTY Dot device as sold on veautystore.com. It does not extend to any additional products added to your order, including but not limited to serums, replacement heads, masks, or any other accessories or add-ons purchased alongside the device.

Purchases made with a promotion discount exceeding 49% off the full retail price are not eligible for the 90-Day Results Guarantee.

How to Qualify
To be eligible, you must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Complete the full 90-day usage period. The guarantee requires consistent use of the VEAUTY Dot as directed for the full 90 days. Customers who have used the device for fewer than 90 days are not eligible to submit a claim, regardless of the reason.

2. Document your journey with photos. Photo documentation is mandatory to process any guarantee claim. You must provide clear, well-lit photos of the treated area taken at the following intervals:

  • Day 1 - Before your first treatment (before photo)
  • Day 30 - After one month of consistent use
  • Day 60 - After two months of consistent use
  • Day 90 - At the end of the 90-day period

Photos must clearly show the same treated area across all four intervals. Claims submitted without all four photos will not be accepted.

3. Use the device as directed. The device must have been used consistently and according to the official VEAUTY Dot usage instructions throughout the 90-day period.

4. Submit your claim within the claim window. The 90-day guarantee period begins from your date of delivery. Once your 90-day usage period is complete, you have 30 days to initiate your return claim. Claims submitted outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted.


How to Submit a Claim
Contact our support team at hello@veautystore.com within the claim window. Your submission must include:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase
  • All four required photos (Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, Day 90)
  • A brief description of your usage routine, including how frequently you used the device and the areas treated.

Our team will review your submission and respond within 48 hours. If your claim is approved, a full refund of the device purchase price will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.


Standard 14-Day Return Policy


Customers are entitled to a 14-day return window from the date of delivery in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return under the 14-day policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The original box seal sticker must be fully intact and unbroken
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal are not eligible for return under the 14-day policy. In such cases, customers may instead qualify for the 90-Day Results Guarantee, provided all guarantee conditions are met.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee - VEAUTY Mask

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the VEAUTY Masks.

We want you to love your skincare experience with us. That’s why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our VEAUTY masks - no hassle, no stress.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund as long as no more than 2 masks have been used. 


For Consumable Products:

  • Consumable items like Fractional Heads are covered under our standard 14-day return policy and must be returned unused. If purchased as part of a bundle with the VEAUTY Dot, they may be returned unopened and unused within 60 days from the delivery date.

  • All liquid and gel products are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and unused. Returns of any opened or used liquid/gel products will not be eligible for a refund and will not be returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items:

  • Any item purchased at a discount of 49% or greater from its original listed price is classified as a Final Sale item. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

    This applies to all products marked down by 49% or more at the time of purchase, whether the discount was applied automatically, through a promotional code, or as part of a bundle or limited-time offer.

    By completing your purchase of a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and accept that the transaction is final and non-refundable. This policy exists because deeply discounted items are priced at or near cost and cannot be resold as new once opened or used.

General Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

  • Normal wear and tear on the outer box is acceptable.

  • Returns must be initiated within their respected days as per the prodcut return policy or guarantee.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our team at hello@veautystore.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However VEAUTY will pay customs and duties charges.

  • Returns are to be sent back to our Dubai address.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Should your product become faulty with the 12-month warranty period, please contact our Support Team at hello@veautystore.com with with a description of the issue, order number and images/ video of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.


Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it’s automatically sent to our warehouse within 30 minutes for processing. Due to the high volume of orders our warehouse receives, we usually aren’t able to intercept the ordering to dispatch process. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests made after 30 minutes of placing the order are not possible.


Free Gifts

Any free gifts sent with an order must be returned for a full refund. If any free gift is missing, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund total.


Stolen Orders

VEAUTY is not responsible if your order is stolen from your property. If you believe your order has been stolen from your property, this is the responsibility of the delivery company and you should file a police report. As a gesture of goodwill, if you show proof of a filed police report, VEAUTY will send you a replacement order free of charge but no refund will be granted.


Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Personal care items

  • Opened or used liquid beauty products

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please follow the return process above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without the need for justification.
Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unused and unopened including any seals or plastic wrap

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your financial institution may require additional time to complete the transaction.
