If you feel your VEAUTY Dot losing heat or developing a 'sharp' sensation, then this is a good indicator to change the heads. To ensure that they are most optimal, replace the head every 3 months.

Use the cleaning sponge by dampening a small section with mild soap and water. Gently wipe the electrodes to clean them. Use then a dry part of the sponge to remove any moisture. Do not submerge or rinse the device under water.
