What is your return policy?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website. Or you can track your order here.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@veautystore.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Where are you based?

Our main headquarters are in the UAE and we also hold and LLC based in the USA.

If I purchase during a sale, is the 60 day guarantee still valid?

Yes, our 60 day satisfaction guarantee is still valid even if purchased during a sale.

What is radio-frequency?

Radio-frequency is a harmless but effective electromagnetic wave, just like light! But the wavelengths are much longer making it very good at penetrating.

 

The radio-frequency will safely penetrate your skin all the way to the dermis layer. Here it will stimulate the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.

When do I see results?

Some users report seeing improvement to the skin in as little as 5 days! But others could take a few weeks - everyone's skin is genetically different.

For best results with the Veauty Dot, it is best to use it consistently as part of your beauty routine as your results will keep improving. Consistency is key!

How often do I need to use the Veauty Dot?

We recommend using the Veauty Dot 1-3 times per week. We advice against daily treatments, so always leave at least 1 day in between sessions.

Is it safe?

Yes! Radio-frequency is very safe and very good for your skin. Unlike other technologies like lasers, needles or chemicals, the Veauty Dot is safe for all skin types and gentle on your skin. It is also CE Certified and passes all international safety standards.

Do not use if:
- You have a pacemaker
- You are pregnant

- You are within 14 days of fresh botox/filler
- You have cancer or any serious skin condition

Can I do other treatments and use other products?

Yes, it is perfectly fine to combine Veauty Dot treatments with other routines such as microneedling, other devices, creams, serums and more. 

 

However, if you feel as if another routine of yours is harsher to the skin, then don't do this on the same day as your Veauty Dot treatments.

How do I clean the Veauty Dot?

You can use soap and water and lightly pat the head of the device and then pat dry - do not scrub the head of the device with force. You can also use an alcohol wipe to gently clean the head of the device. Excess water should not be used

What is the warranty on the Veauty Dot?

We offer a 2 year limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your device does not work properly due a manufacturer's defect, we will replace the device free of charge.

 

This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
  • Theft or loss.
  • Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
  • Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
  • Service or repair by unauthorized persons.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (UK only).

Do you offer installment payment options?

Yes, we offer Paypal which supports a split payment system and we also accept Klarna for UK orders. Split payment options will be coming for other countries in the future.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

How long does shipping take?

We have worldwide shipping times of 2-6 business days. However during holiday periods, orders may take longer to be delivered.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.
